I would NOT recommend this place for a party at all.
I tried to talk to the manager that day and she “didn’t have time.” I have also emailed the company, still no response. We somehow got a different party hostess when we went to the room which was very nice and helpful. The kids did enjoy the play areas and laser tag so really disappointed that the rest of the experience was so terrible. You have to select some cokes that they have and you pay for.(which that would have been ok too), but I did call the day before to make sure that was ok and was told we could. We got zero instructions on anything other than we couldn’t bring kool-aid drinks in. When we checked in, she was the first person we saw and at the time of check in they weren’t busy.
The party hostess was rude and not helpful at all. It was very expensive but I wouldn’t have even minded that except for the disorganization. We had my grandson’s birthday party there and it was the most unorganized and chaotic place I’ve ever been. I was extremely disappointed with Party Safari. If you wanna take your child just take them but DO NOT BOOK FOR A PARTY BECAUSE THE ROOM WAS EVEN HOT AND BY THE TIME THE PARTY STARTED THE CAKE WAS DOING THE LEAN BACK DANCE!!!

Worst place ever to throw a party!!! If I could give a zero for the ration I would because it most definitely don’t deserve a 1… i booked a party for my daughter’s bday with them and arrived a little before my time… they were so unorganized and no one knew anything, my party started at 4:00 it was 4:26 and we were still waiting to see what needed to be done the little 15/16 yr old girl who was assisting us wasn’t telling us much but hold on let her go do this and that I specifically asked her would this interfere with our time and she was like “oh no” I said ok good so we waited patiently even though it was crowded and kids were running around bumping our cart with the cake and treats on it I had to run to grab my balloons from party city and I left my friend in charge because they were taking too long to get us placed while at party city picking up the balloons my friend calling me saying they’re just now placing them in the room and here it is 4:50 they put the bands on the cart and took them back saying they were gonna give them back once they made sure everyone completed the waiver I pulled back up trying to find a place to park and there was nowhere to park so I parked all the way down by the stop sign at the top of the hill just to come in to them only trying to give my party 20 mins to jump I addressed the situation to the lady with blonde ponytail she had the nastiest most nonchalant attitude about what I was telling her so we got into all because she was not trying to make it right… I told her all I wanted was either for her to make it right or discount me or just give me a refund and we’ll leave because I paid all this money for this party and nothing was what it was suppose to has been she was like no ma’am sorry we don’t do refunds she gave you your bands and instructed you on what you were suppose to do and that was on you to get your bands and go play then the little girl lied the whole entire Time and was letting the lady who didn’t even assist us do all the talking when she knew nothing about nothing so I don’t even know why she was even talking to me because she was on the other side running around like a lost puppy the little girl didn’t even give me my card back I had to go back and ask for it and she was like “oh yea” then I asked could I speak to the manager she gone lie and say she was the manager I said well I need to speak with someone over you and she was rolling her neck saying well there is no one then that’s when this man came over to see what was wrong and told her to let us play a little longer she got hot she should’ve been fired for going against what her boss told her to do and acting that way in front of customers our argument drew a lot of attention which is why he had to come resolve the issue and that’s all she had to do but they don’t know how to run a business the correct way and then she didn’t even apologize for her behavior but never again will i waste my money at this place for a party again….
